The Executive Office of Immigration Review published a Notice on April 10, 2026, indicating that the San Francisco Immigration Court at Montgomery Street will no longer hold hearing effective after close of business on May 1, 2026. Those hearings are going to be “filed at the Sansome Street location beginning May 4, 2026.” The notice further explains that EOIR will provide advance notice to all parties whose cases are reassigned to the Court’s Sansome Street location, but considering it is already April 11, 2026, some people won’t be getting that notice that far in advance, but hopefully, people are checking their hearing information on a somewhat regular basis.
