Who we are

New York Visa Lawyer is a website/blog (nyvisalawyer.com) that was created by a New York immigration lawyer in 2015 as a way of sharing information and posting articles he wrote related to U.S. immigration law and policy and his commentary on it at times. A complete redesign of the site was attempted in 2022, but it was taking too much time so it was pretty much abandoned resulting in the half finished site you are viewing right now. The site is periodically updated but has been semi-retired at this point.

Who we share your data with

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We use wordpress recommended services to protect your data from breaches. We do not store or handle any of your sensitive data–payments are processed by trusted third party services (Paypal & WooCommerce).
